Snack Yoga is owned by Sharon Nakpairat, a 200 YTT certified yoga instructor. Her goal is to bring yoga to you, in Snack bites, so you can learn and grow in the comfort of your personal needs and surroundings.
Sharon’s journey in yoga began more than six years ago when she was seeking a meditative exercise to help alleviate stress and anxiety. She was referred to yoga and started going to a wonderful in-person studio for several years. When the COVID pandemic started, she decided to become a certified yoga instructor both to grow in her own practice, but also to keep her yoga practice going during those lock down months. Through attending Sharon’s compassionate online yoga classes you can:
- Practice yoga in the way most comfortable and convenient for you!
- You can adapt all poses in the flow to what works for your body in the moment.
- Integrate the meditations provided into your life off the mat to help you be the best version of you.
- Meet other practitioners of every level and take part in a compassionate community that explores yoga and its principles.
